Terms and refunds

The short version: try every feature free for 14 days. If you buy Pro, you pay once and can use it on up to 3 Macs. If it isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you’ll get your money back.
These terms
These terms apply when you download, use or buy FindGlance from findglance.com. FindGlance is made by Sidhant Sinha (“we”). By using FindGlance, you agree to them.
Free trial and free viewer
FindGlance includes a 14-day trial with every feature, and you don’t need a card or an email address to start it. When the trial ends, the app keeps working with the free features listed on our pricing page.
Your Pro license
- When you buy Pro, you get a personal license to use FindGlance Pro on up to 3 Macs that you own or control.
- You can move the license to a different Mac at any time by choosing Deactivate This Mac in FindGlance on the Mac you no longer use.
- Your license includes every 1.x update. If we release a version 2, it may be a paid upgrade, and Pro owners will be offered it at 50% off.
- Need FindGlance on more than 3 Macs? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Pro costs $9 for the first 100 buyers and $19 after that. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record, which also collects and pays any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
Refunds
If FindGlance isn’t right for you, email support@findglance.com within 14 days of buying, with your order number or the email you used, and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. Dodo Payments returns the money to your original payment method, and the license key stops working.
Keeping your files safe
FindGlance never deletes files on its own. It moves files to the Trash only after you confirm, so you can put them back. Please keep backups of files that matter to you, for example with Time Machine. Once a file is removed from the Trash, we can’t recover it.
Fair use
Please don’t share or publish license keys, try to get around the license checks, or distribute modified copies of FindGlance.
Warranty and liability
FindGlance is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs or right for every purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for FindGlance. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date at the top. A change will never take away features you have already paid for.
